Hello, if you plan on focusing on something quite small and close to the webcam then it is probably best that you get a webcam with a manual focus, which will allow you to chose what you focus on, rather than letting the auto-focus do it for you.
For example something like this Adesso 4K ultra hd webcam with manual focus, and built in microphone - for $99.
