Bob Jones, an Arts professor, has written an e-mail message to you complaining about the speed of his Internet connection. He regularly downloads large files from a particular Web site. Downloads from this Web site regularly pause for 10 to 15 seconds, then resume. This does not happen when he downloads information from other Web sites.
