AVG says the same and quarantines it and removes it.

Norton, however, (with exactly the same copy of the file) says it's fine and indeed gives it a green tick etc.

Both machines run W7.

I downloaded this utility a few days ago and was very happy with it until McAfee had to ruin it for me. It doggedly removed it every time I downloaded it. Today it (McAfee) proudly announced it had also removed a Trojan virus from my computer a little before I tried to re-open Vista Shutdown Timer and learned it had been chucked again!. Coincidence? IDK.

I suspect that the copy I downloaded is infected.
