Help flashed bios

Please help
I tried to flash my bios and during the process the netbook froze and I started to panic. So I waited 15 minutes and the netbook was still frozen but the netbook made a loud whirring noise. So I tried turning off the computer but nothing happened so I plugged out the power and removed the battery. Then the netbook shut down, after that I tried turning it back on again but nothing happened. I tried holding the power button but nothing happened. The bios was downloaded from acer.com.
