My DVD/RW will not read dvds only cds

Hello,

i'm using HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH15F and it will not read dvds, only cds. please help me .... and i'm using windows xp sp2

Hi there,

Get in device manger by opening run and type devmgmt.msc and right click on cd drive and update the firmware of the drive,.
