Can I change cell color whe cell is empty?

Hello,

I tried using conditional formatting but I think I am just missing it...is there a formula i can put into conditional formatting that will highlight the cell yellow if it is blank? And change it back to white if something is in it?

I use Excel 2000. Thanks!
