Hello,
.Net Framework 2.0 and 3.0 are prerequisite of .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.
When you install .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, it will also installs the .NET Framework
2.0 SP2 and the .NET Framework 3.0 SP2. You cannot use the .NET Framework
3.5 SP1 unless you also have the .NET Framework 2.0 SP2 and 3.0 SP2 installed.
