Hello,
I used a webcam Logitech QuickCam under XP Pro. My new computer works under W7 / 64 bits and I can't install this webcam. Is it possible to virtualize XP Pro for using my old cam ?
Please, can you help me ?

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Click on the below link and follow the instructions

http://www.logitech.com/support-downloads

You can try the "Option 1" to automatically detect your webcam Or use other

options to download the drivers that support Windows 7

2) Try installing it in "Compatibility Mode".

Click on the below link and follow the instructions which is almost same for

Windows 7.

Hello,

Thanks for your interesting reply.

1) By the first link, my webcam is the model V-UAS14,
http://www.logitech.com/en-us/480/3378?section=downloads&bit=64&osid=13

2) But the second link indicates this product is not compatible with 64-bit Windows 7,
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows?type=Hardware&p=Logitech%20QuickCam%20Messenger%20Webcam&v=Logitech&uid=V-UAS14&l=en-US&pf=0&pi=0&s=UAS14&os=64-bit

3) The software publisher or device manufacturer stated they plan to offer a compatible version for 64-bit and/or 32-bit Windows 7 by a specified date in the future.
Perhaps, my problem will be resolved later.

Thanks very much for your attention.
