not working on blackberry

my blackberry AND my outlook stopped receiving emails this morning from my account.
I got a verify your password message from blackberry this morning, but it's saying that my username and password are incorrect.

Can anyone help with the settings?

Check the case (upper/lower) when you enter your username and password, if the problem still exists, do contact your service provider who will be glad to give them to you free of charge and help you configure them.
