look,you uninstall the product with a tool.
then you clean pc and registry windows with ccleaner.
you do after windows update.
and you take adobe flash player:
https://www.adobe.com/fr/products/flashplayer.html
On adobe site web,you can desactivate your protections if you meet a probleme
during the loading.
