My computer wont turn on

Hello, my computer is a
gateway NV73A03u and it does turn on but all it does is say gateway and then stays on but does not show the log on window it just stays black please can u help me .

This could be a failed hard disk. I suggest you take it to a repair shop for an expert hands on evaluation.
