Increase download speed

Hello,

i use mts net connection and in afternoon my mts speed is between 10 to 50 kb/s.
i use cheat engine 6.1 to inc my download speed of utorrent 3.0 . after using that my
speed inc to 30-50kb/s before it was 5kb/s bt. cheat engine downloads at very slow
pace . so plz help me to inc my speed to 90 or 100 kb/s....
