this message often means that the hard disk has had a hardware error and is unusable.

Check your harddrive connections.
Unplug your harddrive wires and plug it and again.

hi
just go to bios and select the "Reset to default settings"
else / or if u open up the cpu case on the motherboard u will find the CMOS bateery, just remove it and fix it back after 10 secs
