Hello,
im using bsnl 256 kbps with basic broadband modem,
presently my downloading speed on torrent is 20 KBps,which takes 10 to 15 hrs for downloading a 700 mb movie
i want to increase the downloading speed with out changing bsnl plan.
pl. advice tks.
