someone removed a program from my laptop and we dont know what it was he remembers it saying caution removeing this will affect all persons on this computer cant get on line now did restore the drivers any ideas thanks

More information is needed.
What version of Windows are you using?
how are you connecting to the Internet ( wired/wireless/dial-up)?
what message you you getting from Windows?
