Hello,
I plug in my head sets but can not get sound for others watching TV. Can anyone help, please. No answer in instructions.

What type computer is connected to the TV (mac or PC)?

If you are using a HDMI cable then you must activate the sound processor on the video card for a PC. Macs may have a similar procedure.

I am not trying to connect a PC. I am just plugging in the ear head sets and they work fine. I can not seem to be able to get the sound for anyone else who wishes to also watch TV.

When you plug-in the headset the TV disconnects the speakers.
