AVG antivirus cannot update

Hello,

My AVG free antivirus is outdated and i cannot update it-everytime I click update from Tools>Update i get the message"Access is forbidden by the server".


I tried the first 3 solutions but with no success and now Im on the 4th.

As advised, i downloaded and installed HijackThis and ran it. Please view the print out below and assist please.
