Changing cell formats based on another cell value

Hello,

I was having difficulty in solving this problem. say:

I have a dropdown on A2, text1, text2, text3

when you selected text1 the format of b2 and c2 should be hh:mm:ss (12:10:01)
when you selected text2 the format of b2 and c2 sholdd be percentage (95.1%)
and so on...

is it possible to do this in conditional formatting?

On C2 and B2 apply the conditional format as you want. You have to go to "format" when you are in conditional format screen
