It is not necessary that the drivers should be downloaded on the affected computer, you can download the drivers on a different computer as well. Please visit the following link to download the most updated network drivers for your computer:

Select the "Operating System:" and the "Category:" from the drop-down boxes on the page to download the appropriate drivers.
Do reply with results.
