HPZ3200 printer will not print black. Can you please help?

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing technical difficulty printing black with my HP Z3200 printer. After printing successfully in black for a year, the black ink stopped printing. The only time when it does print in black is when I do color calibration. I replaced the ink and printhead with new ones. I downloaded the latest firmware and tried different cables (USB and Ethernet) and they still did not work. Can anyone please help me? Thank you in advance!

Please check your both cartridge and printer drivers and your printer head.

Maybe you are out of black printer. You should refill your black printer or buy a new one. Either way it will solve your problem. Or you installed the cartridges incorrectly that is why its not printing black.
