Hello,
Try this 1
First close the Skype Window. Also right-click on the Skype icon that appears
in the system tray --> Select "Quit" --> Quit. If you have no idea about system
tray location then click on the below hyperlink "System Tray".

Click on Start --> Run --> Type %appdata%\Skype and press Enter.
Now you can see the folders with user names. Delete those folders.
For Example : If the Skype user name is Mike then you will see a folder with name
Mike. You need to delete that Mike Folder.
