you query is vague. vba is for creating a macro or function to do repeated wrok by clcking run or a button.
you must have data in a sheet or sheets.
then decide what you want to do
then create a mcro for those steps.

Hi venkat,
accually i wanted to do a reminder in a excel file bcuz i forget may task that to be done in time..i would like to knoe how to setup the reminders in a excel file which can trigger me to remind...it would be more thank full if i get the step by step guide as a snapshot pictures....
