how i copy other persons web cam and how i play it to other persons i want that software please help me in this way thxxxx

what do you mean, do you want to stream the input from somebody else webcam? While they are using it? They could share it with you using a team viewer type software, but i dont think you could do it without them knowing unless you had alot of time and knowhow at your disposal
