Have tried installing 4 times but to no avail. Comes up with the same error

Just bought this bit of software for $39 and it has malfunctioned. Not impressed

big lie, free version, but once installed it won't let you do anything. in addition some software not asked for it's installed in the background, which is abusive on their part to install sh__t without permission.
