My computer is not staring up

hello yesterday i shutdown my system . but after 5 mint i notice that the fan is still working. so i try to turn on computer but nothing happen . and now when i try to turn on it so nothing happen again and the fan is working automatically please suggest me.
how to resolve this problem ???

Use Pencil Eraser, remove the RAM of your computer then scratch the metals to clean from dust..
