I see.  It's because you are not following the instructions properly. Read carefully, you do not require more software, browse with you phone, not the pc.

When I go on it,the computer says it cannot open with software (doesn't say which software) , and asks to search the web for software, then my computer screen just goes blank!!!!!!

Hi, I have now reloaded it and yes it doesn't ask for software, but I can not open it on my PC, what am I doing wrong, it's seems so easy for everyone else

I have deleted the file and re-downloaded it but still with the same problem, I have tried to download on phone as we'll without any luck.  I tried to play about with it but it's not letting do anything. Is there any other software, shops I can go too, also would my phone company have records of the messages!!!!

I'm really sorry to be a pain, it's just the messages rare really important.

May be your phone company would have them. I don't know what else to suggest.

I can the download through nokia PC suite, but my phone does not have sis files. Someone told me they are java files on nokia 2730, do you fexplorer download in java and could you give me the link please?
