Can you please tell me if I am blocked from a friend as I haven't spoken to them since the 2nd of July and though I am in Spain on holiday we used to message each other but my phone and tablet were both set up in the UK I have been online and their picture is still there but they are showingas offline no matter when I have a look the message are still on my phone and tablet and if I send a message it says just now and a bit later shows the time if I call them it rings twice then says call failed

Hi Amanda,

It doesn't matter if you have set up for your skype in the UK or Spain. It might be that person is not coming online. Other possiblity is that person blocked you. You can see there profile but its not going to go through.
