My Computer not getting ethernet

Hi,
I have a desktop which has been connecting to a LAN. All my colleagues are getting ethernet but I'm not. I checked Cables, RJ 45 pins. And also I checked ip, subnet mask, default gateway, Connections from Switch to my PC every thing still I didn't get connections. What is the problem? Please reply
