How to run c# applications in ubuntu?

i want some help or procedures how to compile and run c# codes in ubuntu. any one who can help me please?

Use Monodevelop IDE to create and run c# application on Ubuntu
first goto software center in ubuntu then click install software a lot of software list populated find monodevelop package and install
it is very sophisticated tool to create build and run c# application on any flavour of Linux OS and very resemble to Visual Studio

You can try to use MonoDevelop to generate the C# codes in Ubuntu in might work perfectly for your system I guess.
