If your iPhone is NOT jailbroken then you cannot have Cydia.

I know this and my phone ready jailbreak but now it lost the Cydia icon from phone
Try this:
Open safari browser on your iOS device.
Type or Copy-Paste this url on to your search bar and save the file :-
This > http://cache.saurik.com/debs/cydia_1.1.9_iphoneos-arm.deb
or
This > http://cache.saurik.com/debs/cydia_1.1.8_iphoneos-arm.deb
Now open iFile and install cydia on iOS 7.
Reboot/restart your phone to see the changes.
Open safari browser on your iOS device.
Type or Copy-Paste this url on to your search bar and save the file :-
This > http://cache.saurik.com/debs/cydia_1.1.9_iphoneos-arm.deb
or
This > http://cache.saurik.com/debs/cydia_1.1.8_iphoneos-arm.deb
Now open iFile and install cydia on iOS 7.
Reboot/restart your phone to see the changes.

Use the search bar at the top of the site and type "how to reinstall update cydia"

On your iPhone do this:
If at first you don't succeed; call it version 1.0
- Click here: http://ww38.jailbreaker.fr/telechargement/cydia_1.0.3366-1_iphoneos-arm.deb?subid1=20200115-0345-497f-8777-9e8b5d02cad1
- Once the file is downloaded, go to "VAR / mobile / media / Download" in iFile
- Click cydia_1.0.3366-... phoneos-arm.deb then "Install" (this shouldn't take long)
- Once the installation is complete, close iFile and restart
If at first you don't succeed; call it version 1.0
