Dell latitude e5510 System will not boot

This is an old Dell latitude e5510. Spilled something on the keyboard. Thought I got it all off before any damage occurred. left the system alone for a couple of hours came up perfect. Walk away for a few minutes and returned to a blue screen with a white bar flashing in the upper left corner. Tried to reboot several times. Dell screen comes up with f12 option right top. At first I got the f12 screen and reboot options, but all took me back to the same blue screen. Now I press f12 and it goes directly to the blue screen.

All my data is on this system I have to get back in, please help. Not technical, but can follow clear directions. I cannot sleep until I get this thing started.

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Click on the below hyperlink "BSOD" and let us know the error message

you are getting as shown in the below image

BSOD

2) Check if you are able to boot into Safe Mode

When you switch ON your PC, start tapping the "F8" key to get "Startup

Settings" options ( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and keep tapping

the F8 key)

Select the option "Safe Mode".

Hi, thanks for the follow up, but at first no one was replying so I had to engage a repair company. I am still waiting on a final resolution for my system.

However, I had reviewed the site and tried the f8 and escape button options to no avail. The system would not provide an safe mode option.
