Hi Kawser,
If you didn't sync your samsung duos with your gmail account then you have only one option that is reset
here (https://ccm.net/faq/14221-samsung-galaxy-s-reset-to-factory-settings is the method to reset your phone to default setting however you will lost your data but you will be able to gain access to your phone and can use its features like before.
