Hello, I need help! I bought this computer from a pawn shop an it had all the previous owners programs and stuff on it I would just like to reset it but I don't have a disk an everytime I hit f11 at start up it don't do anything I have tried f10 it brings up bios but no factory reset please some one help me! I will try anything! It's a hp Windows 7 probook 4440
