IE not working

Hello,

I have win7 and have had no problems until a couple weeks ago when Windows updated without my permission. I have auto update turned off and to ask first. Since then my computer runs super slow and MS Office doesn't want to work and IE is acting stupid. I've reinstalled win7 twice now and it won't let me go to any Microsoft website. I'm sending all of this from my iPad. Can you help me please?

I encourage you to leave 7, and see if your hardware will run 10. MS will queue up an install for free!
