The DVD RW drive won't recognize my game DVD

Last week I had gotten Overwatch on the PC for my birthday. When I inserted the disc on my Acer's DVD RW, it didn't load.
Clicking on it made it act like it was empty. I've tried the methods on the Windows website, but it still didn't recognize the GAME DVD.
My current operating system is Windows 10.
