Help me unlock my account.

Hello, Google Gmail,
I am having problems with my Gmail account on my Android phone. I went to Verizon to find out why my text wasn't go out when I send them. My sim card went bad and replace it and couldn't get into my account. I tried several times to get into my Gmail but couldn't get in then download the information from my cloud account and still couldn't open it. I thought getting a new email would help but realized all of my information is saved in the old Gmail account. I needed help because my medical information and family email are all saved on my old Gmail account. Please help me with the this problem because I don't know much in operating my phone and if you could call me to walk me through this problem. .. ..
