Xbox one update

I got a new xbox one so it has to go through all the updates but if I leave it alone it turns off and I need to start all over again and no there's no menu option it goes strait to the update and I can only watch it and flick the controller stick to keep it only but the only problem is I don't have the time to stare at a 7 hour update so does anybody know how to fix this

Hi there! I think you may take the help of a technical support team for finding out the exact solution or you may either search online and read more information about the problem. I don't know about the new Xbox One as I am still using an Xbox 360 console, but from few days me and my friend are planning to buy new Xbox One as well Xbox Live and got to know about this site for buying Xbox One.
