I can't find my bios restart switch

Hello,
My PC has been nick named epic fail. I can't stand it. It keeps on crshing and i don't know why. I think it is my bios, but i can't say. I know i can get into my bios with the POST screen but i cant acess that because my PC won't start being the epic fail that it is. I need help i dentifying the problem here. Or just finding my BIOS reset switch if it exists.

I have reinstalled windows on it about 3 times now and it still crashes after the reintalls.

That is the current MB model below..... A780GHX/128 ASRock
