Download didn't work here either, but found on Google http://kantaris.googlecode.com/files/Kantaris_0.4.2_setup.exe

Nice, highly compatible player, but rather annoyingly doesn't integrate well with Windows 7, no maximizing when dragged to the top, or attaching to the sides, and when put in fullscreen on my 2nd (smaller) monitor, it over-sizes to better fit my primary monitor, so the tools drop off the bottom and fullscreen video doesn't work.
