If you are looking for binary packages for most Linux distribution and Windows installers, check out the Bareos repositories. The Bacula project hasn't published Windows packages for quiet a while. Bareos is an open source fork of Bacula, it has up 2 date windows installer packages and they are compatible with Bacula director.
