Canon MG 2570s black ink isn't working

Hello,


Black cartridge has ink. I removed it and wiped on a white paper.Ink is coming out. But printer is printing blank pages when printing B/W doc.. Could you provide any solution ?

the next step is to try a NEW cartridge
