Cannot find the script.file

Hello,
As per my experience, how can i resolve this issue.in.my.laptop. There is a dialog box stating
C:/WINDOWS\System32\885\pvkcuocns.js
Please help po

Your anti-virus program probably deleted the script file but left the start command. A registry cleaning program like CCleaner can remove the start command.
