Hello,
I done exactly what I'm suppose to and the recovery screen says recovery of factory default software but it was stuck on that screen for weeks and I just tried to redo hopefully it doesn't get stuck again. If it does is there anything else I can do?

Factory recovery can't help if you have a hardware problem.
Can you give details like the make and model laptop and the version of Windows?
