Cannot recognize two devices with 12 hard disks

Hello,

I can not recognize two devices with 12 hard disks.
However, it is recognized as an external use.
What is the problem?

I'll take a guess! No Sata cable?

With all of the details in your post, it is tough to even find a starting point!

Or, if you first plugged the drive in with USB, then you are attempting to hook it up with sata, the REGISTRY will still have the serial, number of the drive as an external. In that case, you need to delete the registry, and install the drive with a native SATA connection.

That is guess number two!
