How were you able to determine that your account was hacked and that login information was changed?
When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?
When you can’t access your account it does not necessarily mean that it was hacked.

6 days ago i login my account and next day someone change my password please help me my documents and my photos etc in my account

You can't access your account so how do you know that the recovery mail and phone were changed?
