Hello,
Whenever I connect to net my laptop shuts down showing this bluescreen error
the exact msg shown is

how can i overcome this problem n whats wrong with my machine.
What should i do? Even my Dvd drive is not working.
So can i boot using a pendrive n how?
n will formatting my computer will solve this poblem?

hi,
formatting your computer and reinstallimh windows will surely fix the problem but you should bear in mind that this will erase all the data you have on the hard disk.

I have pretty much the same error message, i dont know whether my HDD is actually formatted or not, but i get blue screens while playing games/running or installing programs and my computer is brand new.
i have vista sp1 how does one go about formatting a HDD - im a bit of a noob.
my exact error goes like this:
