Video calls msn

Hello,
got my daughter acer aspire one.(linux)when using messenger contacting msn i cant use video call.any reason why?have i got a setting wrong somewhere?

all sorted .just didnt realise i had to get live update so often,as we are complete newbies to linux.As we all become more familiar with linux it seems a better system than windows.My thanks for the help of everyone on this forum, its a great resource

Are you try record calls? i use SkypeCap for it ...
