Hello,
I'm currently able to access the Internet on my laptop, but not on my desktop. Having spent hours on the phone to my Internet provider's call centre they've told me the problem is with my IP address and I need to 'reinstall my network card drivers'. Please can someone help me, how do you do this?? Operating system is Windows Vista.
Thanks very much

windows will automatically reinstall it if you uninstall it from device drivers manually, then reboot.
