i'm having trouble unlocking my girlfriends laptop. she wanted to manufacture rest the laptop. i have done other laptops, but i can't figure this one out. after trying, now theres a padlock on the top left screen, when you turn it on. how can you unlock it, and do the whole reset on t?

To unlock it, you must enter the bios password.

and she dosen't remember the password...

i even tried unplugin the both batteries from the insde and still nothing. i am back with a blacl screen with a pad lock t the top left corner
