Hello,
Copying/converting a Channel Master .ts video to .avi with VLC only works for the video portion. What is solution to include the audio? (I am using a 2010 purchased HP portable with Windows 10).

Thank you
What you wish to do cannot be done with VLC at least not to .avi. Converting to MP4 is the best you can expect.

Thank you
You are right as I found out just a few minutes ago. I was successful in converting with retention of sound after reading further on the forum and finding advice to reset the audio under preferences. I reset it to play the audio during the whole video and that worked. Thanks.
